You will have this studio apartment all to yourself. This is a well laid out modern studio apartment with balcony. Excellent for anyone wanting the convenience of central Wellington but high enough for a fabulous view.
Ideal for business travellers, weekend getaway or attending a special event. It is within walking distance of Micheal Fowler Center, Opera House, TSB Arena and the big stadium. Close to bus routes, shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to harbour. Parking is available in the Wilson’s car park located on the corner of Ghuznee and Victoria Street, 2 mins walk from the property. Use the ParkMate app for cheaper car park rates. Free Street parking available between 8pm - 8am.

It was a great apartment for a month in Wellington! The location is superb with numerous options for coffee, food, and drinks within easy walking distance. This cozy and quiet apartment was perfect for our short stay in Wellington and we got a great night's sleep. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and even let us keep our luggage there for a few extra hours because our ferry was delayed. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
