Do Not Stay Here

This has to be one of the most disappointing places I have ever stayed, rooms are worn dated and really shabby, the whole place is in dyer need of an upgrade, tried to have dinner in the restaurant where I was waiting over an hour and a half to be told my order had been missed, they had a party of 9 in and clearly can’t cope with dinner for 10. Not told of wait involved or really any apology that wasn’t an excuse for such shocking service. Not even asked upon checkout how my stay was, Needless to say I will not be back and definitely do not recommend you stay here, for the money this was truly a huge disappointment.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have found it to be very convenient and comfortable. The only negative from this stay was that its restaurant cooking staff were obviously having a bad night, as our meals were overcooked.

Unfortunately this property isn't what I remember from 5 years ago. It's looking rundown and in need of some TLC. The room was clean, but the shower was average with the plug not draining properly. It was a convenient spot to where we needed to be, staff were friendly, but not sure I'd come back.
