Hotel is a bit tired however that was the worst thing we could find. Wholesome breakfast buffet. Staff were exemplary. Epi in houskeeping provided epic service, no request too small and served up with broadest smile. 24 hr Room service did not dissapoint with the beef brisket burger a smashing hit. Access to Lambton Quay via the the lift in the restaurant is a bonus. Wellington Cable Car and a Woolworths literally steps away. Lift stop before ground leads to a Chemist Warehouse. Easy walking to the wharf, Te Papa and the Beehive.

The staff were really good and the hotel was nice! one thing that was really annoying was the toilet tank, it would take several hours for it to fill up and was extremely loud, some days we would go to sleep and it would still be filling up when we woke up

Parking was an inconvenience having to pay $40 a day for valet or $25 a day to park next door and walk. No cafe close by, rooms had mould in bathroom. Beds were comfortable
