Good: Proximity to everything. 24-hour checkin. Some of the staff are great. Bad: No internet. Poor ventilation in rooms, so it’s hard to sleep. One of the managers has extremely poor customer service skills. Kitchen is terrible, half of the stove tops don’t work so cooking becomes a nightmare. Fridge is overcrowded. I really wanted to like the place because of the location, free breakfast & snack-size dinner & 24-hour check-in. But the reality is it felt overcrowded & it’s impossible to get a decent sleep or use the kitchen in a civilized way, the breakfast was just boring pancakes and you needed to be there for 7am in order to make it, I was always out at dinner time because you had a only 1 hour window to collect your voucher & the customer service of one of the on-site managers was just downright poor. You should never shout at your customers, if you wish for repeat business.

we rented one room for two adults. staff were friendly and informative. there were not too much facilities in the room. only bed. the room was clean. good chip place for stay. only one things was to complain about - noise.. from party.. somewhere close to hotel. overall is fine

I was in a room with a double and single bed for 2 people. It was quite spacious, nice staff and relatively clean. The location is nice with Cuba Street and the water close by. However, the noise on the street does get to the rooms at night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. In the bar next door that is associated with the hostel, the staff were also very helpful and friendly. The room was good, bed comfy, and a great central location. I would stay again for sure. Free pancakes at brekkie too and a light meal next door in the bar!

Whilst the nomads capital had some great qualities such as friendly staff, nice free food and good cleanliness. The 10 bed dorm we stayed in was roasting hot to the point where it was hard to sleep. This combined with little ventilation left an unpleasant smell. If it weren't for the sleeping conditions I would have definitely rated 5 star.

They had an issue with their WiFi and were unable to check us in. I am actually writing a review not because of this but to say how great a customer service Chris (reception) provided as I had a very frustrating issue I needed to get sorted but without any time left on my hands. He helped me with the issue even after I'd left the hostel and kept me updated along the way. Thank you so much.

The hostel is very central and the staff is nice. But the Wifi is 4 € for 24 hours and works very badly in the lobby and not at all in the room. The kitchen is way to small for all the people and the mattress is horrible. It feels and sounds like plastic and causes back pain.

We wanted to book something at the reception and the staff member who booked it told us the wrong time when the bus departs so that we came 2 hours late. When we wanted our money back they told us that they can't do anything and that that's not their problem. They are incredibly unfriendly and won't help you with anything. I would definetly NOT reccomend to go there!!! Worst place I've ever stayed in!

Good hostel, beds are comfy, and areas are kept clean. It’s not the most sociable hostel I have been to, but it’s ok. Wifi could be free, it costs $4 for 24h or $12 for 7 days. Free pancakes in the morning , and small free dinner at the pub next door everyday from 5.30 to 6.30 very appreciated. I can’t complain, location is perfect, right in the city. I would go back.

Nice staff, Wifi was expensive and not so good. Great location. Good kitchen Not so very happy outdor area Good welcome when we arrived. Not so many parkingspots outside and quite expensive. Free pancakes on the morning
