The hotel is in serious need of repair. Our entire floor smelled of dogs. The bathroom had broken towel racks hanging by one screw and tape holding the bathtub enclosure together. The bed was as hard as a rock. All the wood surfaces and even the door was scratched and worn. The elevator was smelly and dilapidated. The carpets in the room were worn through. It seemed to be a party hotel for some, lots of smoking and drinking and shouting. The staff were lovey if you could find them. Never again.

It smelled like cigarettes and cat urine. There were cockroaches on the floor and mold in the shower ceiling. The bed was not a real frame and looked unstable. We felt truly uncomfortable and unsafe to stay there and left.

First off, the lobby leaked from the ceiling. Twice. The room smelled absolutely HORRENDOUS; like dirty socks and dog piss, attempted to be masked by cheap men's cologne. The blankets -Oh, wait ... What blankets? They literally had two sheets as a blanket. Sad, we had to go buy a blanket for the weekend. Not sure if that's worse than the hellian children running around, screaming and stomping through the halls all hours of the night ... or the food that laid spilled in the hallway from 8pm until 11am the next morning. I'm usually not one to complain, but spend the extra money to go somewhere more comfortable.

No phone in the room, lock on room door broke, very little toilet laper, had to beg for more, no kleenex in room, several outlets did not work, no comforter for bed, had to ask for one. Kids running the halls at midnight, staff did not care. No working ice machine in entire hotel.

The hotel was a mess and dirty. Our room even worse we had the “honeymoon sweet” with a long bed and a jetted tub in the room. The tub was dirty and the bathroom we didn’t even want to take a shower in it. There was rust and mold on the ceiling above the jetted tub. Our bathroom flooded and then the ceiling nice the big jetted tub was lack really bad and we checked out a left early. Also there was blood on the lobby floor that they didn’t even clean. So a completely dirty and nasty place do not stay here

DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is absolutely disgusting! This is very run down and the pictures are sooooo old. There is dog hair everywhere in the lobby, up the stairs and smells like dog. The room was so horrible that I slept with sweats, hoodie and socks. Would have NEVER of taken a shower.

The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup and then there was a lamp just chilling in the closet it looks like the rooms hadn't even been put back to how they were supposed to to be. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn't even work properly. Some of the staff was friendly one of them was not.

Overall the room was decent except the window was broke prior to entering the room, it looks like something happened to the screen as well. The air unit would work whrn it wanted to. We also discovered stains on the current like coffee or something happened prior to us checking in. Staff was friendly.
