We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while we were in town to go to Mount Vernon. Everything was great! Clean room. Hotel staff was great. Parking was a bit challenging at times.

Great hotel for the price. Quality, location, facilities were top notch, almost all staff were incredibly helpful. Free shuttle to the Metro made a hotel-camping holiday weekend perfect.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, parking was limited. Not as close to Old Towne as expected, was a 15 minute drive. The room was nice, you can hear neighbors coming and going. One of our rooms the bathroom door didn't stay shut. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel with a very nice staff. The staff was courteous and accommodating. They offer shuttle service to the nearby metro station but there is also free parking on the weekends next to the station .

I booked this hotel wishing not to be in the normal hustle and bustle of DC. It lived up to my expectations, and some. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would gladly stay here again. The staff was very welcoming and willing to assist. The rooms were comfortable. Although I did not notice it while sleeping, I did see on one side was close to the metro tracks, and heard the train once or twice, but the windows were well insulated, so it is not like it was a bad thing. That is honestly the closest thing to a bad remark about this hotel, and as I stated, it really wasn't even noticeable.

The only thing the hotel did not have that would have been nice was a swimming pool. Other than that, it was great.

We were surprised by the size of the room. It was quite large. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Hotel is close to the Metro station.

Although i live in Maryland, I decided to take a visit to the National HArbor around Christmas. The location was perfect. Not too fa away and great price as a result.

The room size was great and the two bathrooms were perfect for our family. The free breakfast each morning had diffrent items and was a welcome treat each day.

cozy place, everything clean, good service and utility, but the location is not satisfactory because it's not easy to find out.

Very convenient and friendly staff. Hotel was very clean the breakfast area was very clean and the atmosphere was great.

First, I was able to afford to have a place for myself and my two sons to stay in a clean and comfortable hotel. As far as I'm concerned, that makes this a 5 stay. Suggestion though, there was only one washer and one dryer, which was okay, but it seems like a hotel of that size should have more than one. Seating was a bit tight for breakfast, but I'm happy we had breakfast provided at all. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel was awesome. Room was great and National Harbor wasn't too fair.

Very friendly and helpful staff . Called cabs for us to take downtown instead of just giving us the number and having us do ourselves. Made us feel welcome. Clean rooms, lobby clean. Everyone was great!!

The water front is great for the family entertainment and food.

For my first time staying in Alexandria, I found this hotel to be very conveniently located to Old Town. The staff was very accomodating and friendly and obviously were knowedgable of the area. I would have liked if there had been a restaurant inside the restaurant, as the closest restaurants are a walk down the street. I found that my room was very quiet, and very clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious. Location not near town, but ok if you have transportation. Four problems: 1.) We booked the stay through o---ts, where we requested a smoking room. When we arrived, we found the hotel was smoke free. We probably would have booked elsewhere informed us that our request could not be met. 2.) The elevators in the this hotel are very odd. Only one went to the ground floor garage. If the wrong one came to our floor, we had to get out on the first floor and wait for the other to take us to the garage, or walk around the other side of the lobby to walk down stairs, outside and then back into the garage. Very poorly planned. 3.) The hallway for the third floor was freezing. Even though we complained several times, this was never fixed. 4.) The second night 2 buses with high school kids showed up. They would make noise in the hallways, going between rooms to after midnight. For groups like this, the chaperons should be responsible to keep them quiet.

The location was great! Nice area and just down the street from the Metro and the hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the station. The room was clean and the staff was amazing! The breakfast had a lot to offer, so we ate a nice meal every morning before heading into the city. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it!

A total delightful and refreshing stay. One could not ask for more. The view was magnificent, the easy on access to roadways was definitely a plus and allowed for travel to near by sites, great restaurants and of course to the nations capital without all of the crazy traffic on experiences while in D.C.

Stayed here for one night one our way back from NC, as my girlfriend wanted to see some of the sights in DC. the location was perfect for our needs, especially because on-site parking was free.
