They did not refund the third night, that I did not use because had to leave the hotel before. The excuse was that the manager was not working and they wanted me to come back after 3 pm, which was impossible because I had to leave the city.

I want to start off by saying they offer breakfast and there wasn’t a variety there was 4 things you can eat. Waffles , cake , oatmeal and toast. The room, The lights wouldn’t come on it was flickering all night. The heater was super loud it sounds like a truck was sitting in front of the hotel all night. Me or my kids couldn’t sleep they were scared.

Roaches . Even though room was cleaned daily, I found a roach 3 separate days. The entrances to rooms were from outside and they were in poor condition. If you look outside, you get a view of the most disgusting pool ever. It was not open but if they wanted to not repair it, they should have cemented it over.
