Me and my wife like the place and the price for days

Plumbing in shower needs fixing. Door chain does not work at all.

Location was its greatest asset. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the Metro.

blankets were dirty, non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and internet is very slow

Tv didn’t work, couldn’t close and lock the door, outdoor hall had awful smell. Tried to cancel me stay after first night, wouldn’t let us cancel, finally moved us to new room, tv reception still static- cheap price- so not worth it

TV reception was horrible. Pillows felt like rolled up towels. Room smelled vaguely of vomit.

The wall paint was cracking and the shower was just a drizzle. The breakfast made me sick...

Reasonable price for the service you get. 20 min drive to D.C.

As me and family are traveler around the world, this hotel is the worst ever we stayed.First day after checked in we saw huge rat almost big as a cat passed by our room, also I couldn’t eat my cereal on my first day breakfast cause milk was sour, breakfast item also very limited,no egg.Been 3 days stayed in the hotel we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. The room so small and smell. I am really disappointed!!!!!

Floor very dirty, bathroom clean, sheets clean, just floor looks like never being cleaned, old stains and hair all over the floor.

Was fine for one night.......................................

Stay was great. Room was clean and staff was great.

Check in was easy, room was clean, wifi was slow, staff very nice.

Had to go ask for more towels and coffee, not a big problem. Nats flying around the room. Had to ask for more toilet paper. Other than that the stay was ok.

I only needed a place to stay for one night that was reasonably priced for work. You get what you pay for. First the guy at the desk was really helpful. The building is hidden behind another hotel and between private apartments. There are outdoor shopping centers with food choices and even a well known gym chain. This place is obviously going through a remodel. Weird smell, probably due to leaking that haven’t been fixed. There was no iron in the room. Toilet didn’t quit flush, have to double flush. Room was clean, no live bugs. I moved a chair in front of my door( I always do this) and I can tell housekeeping does not do this. So there were signs of previous life. TV w/ cable, micro, fridge, coffee pot, blow dryer safe. The breakfast was good. Coffee, juices, yogurts, make your own waffles! This made up for not having an iron, lol Overall this is the type of room I would have stayed in while in college.
