Located in a quiet neighborhood is this recently renovated 2-bedroom house with all the modern conveniences of a 5-star hotel. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a mix of a king, full, and twin beds, perfect for a small group of guests.

UMD campus: 0.5 mile
Prince Georges Mall $ metro-Hyattsville Crossing: 1.5 miles
DC: 3.5 miles
Bedroom 1: king bed, desk/chair, dresser, 40" smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu)
Bedroom 2: 1 full bed & 1 twin bed, desk/chair, dresser, 40" smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu)
Living room: 1 queen size sofa bed, 70" smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu)
This accommodation is a one-floor unit comprises two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a full bed and a twin bed, a private living room, a full kitchen, a full bathroom and a laundry room. Private front porch. Backyard is shared with people who resides in the back unit.
HVAC including venting system for each room is checked before each stay to make sure rooms are properly cooled/heated and guests have comfortable stays. The thermostat is located in the living on the right side of the TV and open for adjusting. We understand guests are usually travelling as a group. We would appreciate guests communicate with each other and set at a temperature which each member feels comfortable. Thermostat is set at 72 degF in the summer and 68 defF in the winter as defaults.

!!! If unregistered guests stay overnight, a Penalty fee of $50 PER UNREGISTERED guests PER NIGHT will be fined!!!
Please note: Co-host currently resides in the separate back unit and uses a private entrance of the back unit. There may be some minor sound such as opening/closing door. The interference is kept minimum.
