The shower did not work in my room. There were things on the floor behind the toilet and under the ac unit that had not been picked up / cleaned up. The room is pretty sparse and the bed way too soft. Having dogs bark past 11pm at night in the hotel did not help either…

The property needs updating, and the doors all need to be adjusted. We could barely get the bathroom door to close. Breakfast was very sparse and disappointing. By 9am everything was pretty much gone and no one was working to replace anything. We paid for breakfast after that at local restaurants. The heating was hard to control, you either roasted or froze.

The hotel is in a great location surrounded by all types of restaurants and stores.

Well located adjacent to the Eastwood Mall and plenty of restaurants. We were greeted warmly and told about the pool, the breakfast timing and the free internet. All information reliable! The room was decently appointed, although perhaps short of outlets for a business trip. Bed reasonably comfortable, good firm pillows and everything spotlessly clean. Good breakfast selection. Staff very helpful and sympathetic that we had to sweep snow from the car ....
Staff went our of their way to accommodate wife with walking problem. Very friendly. Room first floor, close to entrance. Excellent Continental breakfast selection. Will stay there again. Only negatives : Worst toilet tissue ever. Bit Pricey
VERY NOISEY A/C UNIT. HAD TO TURN IT OFF DURING NIGHT. PILLOWS VERY SOFT AND MUSHY. ONLY ICE MACHINE ON FIRST FLOOR.

Mother booked room on senior rate and got a much better deal than orbitz offered. Could have booked room directly with hotel for nearly same rate.
