My stay was exactly what a guest would expect and appreciate. Shuttle was punctual,courteous and engaging. The same is true for staff including custodians. I would highly reccomend Hyatt Place Canton.

Always a great stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and extra bonus with fresh coffee first thing in the morning along with a decent breakfast.

Kindness in the face of sadness

My brother and I were at the Canton Hyatt place for what became a family death. Two people in particular made our stay so wonderful, despite it being for the loss of our sister. JERZEE and STEPHANIE were so lovely. They were kind and supportive. Excellent service! On the day we left, Mallory was also so kind. My kids and I will be back to stay in a week for the funeral. Thank you guys 😢

A great stay! Room was overall clean, our bathroom shower had some hair from previous guest still in the shower but other than that, clean. Bed was comfy! Plenty of food, coffee and shopping options surrounding the hotel which we loved. Our ONLY complaint was the hotel is right off of the interstate and on a pretty busy road and our hotel room was in the front of the hotel so it was kinda loud even with our sound machines going. We will definitely be staying here again when in Canton.
