Great: - Front desk service was excellent! - Room was big, beds were comfy, everything was clean, even the fridge! Down sides: - Bathroom door was heavy glass slider, very hard to move, didn't close all the way. Please repair! - Hot water for breakfast in the lobby had bits of dark sediment. What?! - No freezer compartment in the fridge.

My room smelled like someone was smoked a full pack of cigarettes the night before. But honestly that was my only complaint. Otherwise we had a great day. I just really hated walking in my room every single time and smelling that cigarette smell.

Very nice hotel. Quiet rooms. Staff was friendly from check-in and cleaning staff. Breakfast was a variety of food. Will definitely plan staying again when we come back to visit family in Canton. Close to mall and restaurants and hall of fame.

Great stay. Hotel has a nice bar, spacious rooms and a friendly staff. Its also in a really good location near a caribou coffee and Freddy's. One of my favorite hotels in the area and great for the price. Will stay again.

Stayed here a few years ago and loved it, sadly can not say that this time. Our room was a little dirty, even had hair in the bath tub. The breakfast was only fair with processed scrambled eggs and bacon that didn't look real. They actually cooked for you the last time. Based on price and other properties in the area, would not stay here again.

The highway noise was off the charts, and the sound machine in the room did little to mask it. Otherwise it was a nice hotel with great breakfast. Sad that they put the hotel right where they did.
