The elevator smelled of booze and weed. Trash in the hallway all night. The pool was over capacity. The water looked yellowish and disgusting. They had a wedding party after I was told they weren’t expecting to be overly busy. Did not live up to the expectations I had for my family’s stay. Very disappointed.

The hotel and staff were great. The terrible part was where hotels.com remitted a declined payment to the hotel which forced me to pay for the hotel twice. After being in contact with hotels.com support. I still have no heard anything remotely close to assisting with my dispute. I paid for the hotel on your website and you took my money and did not remit the payment.
