The staff was outstanding, the rooms were comfortable, the beds provided a restful night. Parking was free and plentiful.
I was very shocked that our room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. I can’t remember the last time we stayed somewhere without these basic features. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.
I have stayed here many times but each time the building slides deeper into disrepair or just plain wear and tear. The elevator is a mess the furniture in the room are dirty and the hall had a funny Oder. I guess it’s time to find a new hotel.
Everyone was friendly and courteous from the front desk to maintenance.

Hotel was away from busy street. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to interstate.
Hotel was clean and pleasant to stay in. Quiet and had everything you need close by.
Hotel was notified of flight delays immediately, at the beginning of the trip. Hotel deferred to booking agency; airline similarly noted delays to booking agency. Neither the hotel or the booking agency (Orbitz - Expedia) were responsive regarding cost accommodations.
What more can you ask for. Great People, Great facilities, Great Value.
I travel to this area 5-6 times a year and have stayed everywhere. Nothing compares. Fantastic staff, great breakfast and happy hour. Good location and clean!!!
I love this hotel, it was nestled on a hill overlooking beautiful greenery but still within walking distance to many places. The staff was so responsive and a pleasure to speak with. Breakfast was just great, not the usual muffins and tasteless coffee - there were so many choices. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable - not an easy thing for me as I have serious back issues. Would definitely return to Fairfield Inn.

All hotels in this price range are not created equal. The rooms are clean the lobby and breakfast areas remodeled and fresh baked cookies just top it off. The staff is well trained and very professional. They go the extra mile abd then some.
An enjoyable and satisfying experience at Fairfield Inn, Canton, Ohio. Easy access to Hotel from highway- short distance. Room was spotless, odor free, bright and cheery; clean comfortable bed; refrigerator and tv working; and the staff were superb. The congeniality and joy to offer their service was a delight. The breakfast was wonderful,and special treat of cookies at night was truly great.
