Guest access-
Guests will have full access to the property with the exception of the garage. The property is equipped with a smart lock and you will receive a 4-digit code to use for the duration of your stay.


Location:

The house is located approximately 1 mile from the Oceanfront. Depending on your comfort it is possible to walk there, however most people prefer to Drive, Uber or ride a bike. (Bikes are not provided at the house)

One Night Stays

One night stays may be considered, for all one night stays please contact the host with the reason for your visit and number of guest. If you are trying to book a one night stay and are unable to, please message the host with the reason for your visit and number of guests and the host may consider your request.

Addition Add-Ons and Information

Upon request, we can decorate the property for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. (additional fee applies)

We provide towels but do not provide washcloths for sanitary reasons

There is potential for jet noise

Please note: There is a Ring doorbell and exterior cameras covering the front porch, walkway, driveway, backyard, and patio. All security devices are on and functioning. There are no cameras inside the home or positioned to view the interior.

Your host will be available for an immediate response assistance between the hours of 8a-7p. If available, your host may respond outside of those hours. If you plan to check in after 7p, please advise your host

COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. We are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, and all frequently used surfaces.
