We have stayed here before and love the view and the convenience. With two queen size beds in each room and three bathrooms, it is a favorite! We will be back!

Will not stay here again

My stay was not all that, there were no towels or sheets on the bed. I had to go out and purchase them. I kept texting the owner never responded back. there was also no iron in the room and it took front desk a long time to contact the owner to bring me one

Never stay again! Overpriced & Dirty!!

I’ve never had such a poor experience using VRBO! This condo was over priced and underwhelming. Pictures are not accurate, furniture worn and not clean. The entire condo was dirty and not clean, floors dirty, rugs dirty, sink had black mold around the edges, coffee not gross with old coffee left in the pot, old moldy grinds left in the basket and when opened flies flew out!! Trash can dirty, showers and shower curtain molding, used drink bottles in nightstand drawers, light bulbs blown out. I asked the property manager to have the condo cleaned and that didn’t happen. I ended up cleaning myself. I also asked for some kind of compensation due to the awful experience and never heard back. Property manager said she would contact owner but never heard back. Property manager also shared the owner paid for repairs but were never done! I will never stay at this condo nor the Dolphin Run property! Save your money and stress!

Perfect location

This is a great location on the boardwalk. The balcony was being worked on so not available. (we knew this in advance) However, the noise was so intrusive, we couldn't even have lunch inside and it started pretty early in the morning. The condo is old, but was clean. This was the 1st time I've had to order linens for the beds, bathrooms and kitchen and this worked out fine with the company recommended by the condo. Alll in all, we had a great time.

Not Clean poor maintenance

The floors were filthy. We mopped the floors twice to get them reasonable clean. Several light bulbs were blown. We replaced as many bulbs as possible but there were not enough to replace all the blown bulbs. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms did not work to cool the room. One of the toilet seats was extremely loose and had to be tightened by the maintenance person.I would not rent this unit again. And I don't believe I would rent any unit managed by the staff at the unit. The cleaners and maintenance are doing a poor job.

best vacation

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and location of this property. Everything was there and easy to find. Only wish there might have been at least one walk in shower for us older folks. A high sided tub is a bit dangerous to get in and out of. But all in all, it was a great condo. I will easily book again when in need,

Enjoyed our vacation

My husband and I took our grandchildren for a three days stay. The view from the apartment is great and we did see dolphins. We also love the location very much. So many great restaurants are in walking distance. The people in rental office/security are wonderful and helpful. However we found dishes in dishwasher were unwashed. The toaster is half-broken and not clean. But I will definitely want to come back again, because I really enjoyed the stay. Hopefully the cleaning team will be paying more attention to the kitchen area.
