The room was clean, and everyone was friendly. However, the tv didn't work, the wifi was spotty at best, and the water temperature for the shower was lukewarm.
The property is undergoing renovation but they have made an effort to minimize impact on visitors. The design of the new rooms is nice but storage is limited.
Our room was clean and the view was great. The room staff was excellent. They took good care of us.
Check in was easy, we actually arrived around 11am and by 12:30 we got checked in even though check in wasn’t supposed to be till 4:00pm. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only down side was the outdoor pool area, the pool water was like freezing and the hot tub was broken our entire stay.

The property was so clean. The staff was so nice and on point with their job! The hot tub was cold one day and I ask the maintenance man about it and he got right on top of it and fixed it!! The was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in!!

The property was very nice and it’s right on the beach, which is convenient. However, when we were there something happened with the hot water and we didn’t have hot water for 3 days. The hotel apologized and gave us a discount. Other than that, the hotel was great and clean.
