We selected the facility due to Oceanside and distance from the wedding venue in Pungo. We really enjoyed our stay allowing our group to be in our own bedrooms as well as together in the shared living space. The online description gave us hope of a fun stay and our expectations were exceeded. Our only wish was we could have been here longer than just two days. The restaurant on the ground level was a wonderful addition making it easier to experience the condo without searching for our lunch. Parking was a small challenge since we had three vehicles. Overall very happy with our choice.

Amazing property and wonderful host!

We were a large group (6 adults and 2 kids) on a trip for a tournament in the area. We lucked out when we found this spot right on the beach! The hostess was amazing! She was very responsive to all of my questions ahead of our trip and she made the check in/check out processes very easy! She successfully personalized our visit by providing little goodie baskets for each of the kids and asking us how our tournament was going in addition to making sure we arrived safely and smoothly, which was so thoughtful! The condo itself was very clean and spacious! There were enough beds for everyone and the bathroom off of each bedroom made for easy mornings and evenings! The kitchen was well stocked with cups/mugs/silverware and a coffee maker AND a keurig. Dishwasher pods were provided. The living room/dining room was large and could accomodate all of us when we were hanging out in the evening. There were dvds for the kids to watch. The view from the wrap-around porch was breath-taking. It was great to be able to do laundry in the condo!The host provided two parking passes and there was a public lot (4.60 per day) a short walk from the condo for additional cars. We had direct beach access and the pools on the property were a great option for something a little quieter. There also was a great little playground and park right near the public parking lot that was an unexpected bonus!There were plenty of options for food within walking distance and many more just a short drive away.
