The property is being renovated, but still offers good, clean rooms with good amenities. The hotel is close to lots of dining and not too far of a drive from the beach.
The staff upon arrival was veey friendly, and extremely welcoming. What was extremely disappointing is that my wife and I wanted to have fun, we had planned on having a few drinks at the hotel that way no one had to drive. But the bar closed at 9. This was our first weekend alone with no children. One of us got to have a bunch if fun whike the other had to drive. The sink in our room was clogged, so getting ready was a hassle, and the shower head was leaking. Water was spraying out the side. Other than this it was a beautiful hotel.
Property was outdated, room was dirty; staff was non-existent. Many disappointments.
This Hotel looked good but everything that looks good isn't always good. When I arrived I noticed the distance and location of the hotels parking lot was in my opinion unsafe at night. I had to actually look around in order to find someone to check me in. The Bathroom fan constantly ran and was loud with no turn off switch. My Television did not have a signal even after two maintenance personnel attempted to repair it. I got fed up and asked maintenance to leave.
I loved the location and how close it was to everything we were attending this weekend. A few of the staff members were also very kind and helpful. However, our first concierge was not as helpful and we ended up having to change rooms when the first room he assigned us did not have the amenities I reserved. Plus the room we ended up with had major ceiling damage, liking due to leaking water but since we were only staying for one night, we decided to stick with the new room.
Vey nice hotel and will stay again. Nice room, excellent professional staff. Awesome breakfast. One drawback was overflowing trash cans outside main entrance. Once past that, awesome place.
It was a very nice place to stay, close to everything.
The property was beautiful. Did not get clean towels and ran out of toilet paper.

The bathroom sink had vomit in it and the room smelled like smoke. We were given another room that was fine. We accepted only because all hotels in the area were full due to Memorial Day weekend.
Phone not working, cold water shut off so about scalded myself trying to wash hands before husband figured cold water shut off, no hair dryer in room so again had to use my phone to call front desk to get one one. Slight disappointment this stay.
It was calm and not very busy. It was close to many things which was great. I wished it served free breakfast especially since I have children. The beds were not the most comfortable but it served the purpose.
Everything was fine! Nice friendly staff and will definitely stay again and recommend
This hotel had bugs in their beds.
The hotel was very over ran by kids running up the halls, the day counter employee was sweet the night one was rude. We found BUGS in our bed then were offered a down graded room. I asked for a refund on my cost was told I was never charged since we checked in on the day we checked out and had a FULL charge for the night on my card. Couldn't get ahold of ANYONE to talk about it until the follow day and was told I would need to call back a different day when the manager is on site. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
