"Vienna Ring View" is on the top 8. Floor of a residential building from the 60s with a magnificent 360 degree view of the city center, the Kahlenberg and the Augarten. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms plus living room, two exclusive bathrooms and two large balcony terraces with panoramic sauna and whirlpool, in addition to a fully equipped Poggenpohl kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster u. a. The bathrooms have a bathtub, toilet, steam shower, washing machine and dryer. A Perfect Vienna Stay

My family stayed at the Ring View apartment for a month; it was an excellent base for experiencing Vienna. The apartment is well-located, with grocery shopping and a bakery nearby, a tram stop at the corner, and the subway a short walk away. The Stephansplatz area and the Prater are a few subway stops away. The pictures in the listing are accurate; the apartment is comfortable, luxurious, and well-equipped. In a hot summer, we were glad for the air conditioning and retractable shades over each balcony. If we make another long-term visit to Vienna, we wouldn't hesitate to book the Ring View apartment again!

Perfection In Vienna

Stylish apartment, good location

Two couples enjoyed our weeklong stay in this stylish, comfortable apartment. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen amenities, the water pressure in the showers, the comfort of the beds, and of course the views. Small inconveniences—WiFi isn’t great in the bedrooms, and the elevator only takes three people, the heat is a bit finicky, but our host responded quickly to that issue. The 2 person hot tub and sauna were lovely, although it would have been nice to have another set of towels (bathrobes are provided). There is a grocery and bakery a few blocks away, and if you don’t want to walk the 6 or 7 minutes to the U2/U4/tram 1 station, there is even a tram 31 that is one minute away that takes you there (probably important in inclement weather). We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Nothing but wonderful things to say. Easy check in, location very close to subway station. Everything we could possibly think of was here. Cannot say enough about this place. It was so nice we often went home a little early to enjoy the sauna and other comforts of this property. What a great place.

Vienna apartment with everything!!

Happy to report this apartment is as fantastic as the listing and pictures! It is a really slick apartment that people who are into gadgets and top of the line appliances will love. The owner met us as planned and showed us around the breathtaking apartment and amenities. This place is located well and it was so easy to catch the underground or tram to go anywhere in the city. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for evening relaxation after a day touring the beautiful city of Vienna. We highly recommend this apartment for a couple or two visiting this fantastic city!

Perfect apartment in a great location

Our group of 4 stayed in Wilfried's fantastic apartment for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wilfried met us upon arrival and gave us a tour and explanation of all the amenities - the apartment is stunning with amazing appliances including a spa and sauna on the rear balcony. Vienna is a lovely city and Wilfried's apartment is perfectly placed to easily access the city being next to a tram stop and within easy walking distance of a U train station. We highly recommend the apartment for anybody wishing to experience Vienna. It was very easy to communicate with Wilfried via Homeaway and this certainly enabled us to enjoy our stay.

It is as beautiful as advertised!

The apartment is stunning. The owners have spared no expense in providing a first class experience. My only concern is the air conditioner. The apartment does have one wall unit but on a warm day it does not cool the bedrooms to a comfortable temperature. Fans are provided which help. We stayed in September when the temperature was an average of 75 degrees.

Nice apartment at a great location

The apartment is very nice and clean. The location and view from the apartment is excellent. The owner personally greets you and show you the place at checkin. We have enjoyed our stay in this place. The only comment I’ll make is about the air conditioner. It’s only in the living room and no air condition in the bedrooms. Bedrooms get warm and it could be a problem during summer heat. It would be nice to have a fan in the bedrooms.

Stylish and special

This is a generously sized apartment for you and your family in Vienna. In a great location with many transportation options, this apartment was a great headquarters for our family vacation in Vienna. This has to be the best equipped apartment we have every stayed in. There is a gorgeous kitchen to do all the cooking you need. Beds and linens are all high quality and comfortable. The host was both extremely professional and warm, friendly and helpful. Pre-arrival communications were clear and he was there to greet is upon arrival. Can recommend this apartment or Vienna enough!

Every detail of this apartment is well thought out, you will want for nothing. Close to public transportation and easy to get around to all the sites. Luxury Apartment with Magnificent Views

We can not say enough about this property and all the amenities provided. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival who informed us of all the features of the apartment and presented us with a lovely bottle of sparkling Rose. He told us where to find groceries and good restaurants near by then left us to discover all the luxuries of the apartment. We were two couples and found the arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms to be perfect. Everything was sparkling clean and looked brand new. It looked as if no one had ever stayed there before. The bathrooms have heated floors, towel warmers and state of the art showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can imagine, all in like new condition. We really enjoyed the surround sound system. So lovely to have music softly playing while lounging around with a glass of wine. Then there are the views! From each side of the apartment, all of Vienna right there before your eyes. Next time we are in Vienna we will definitely stay here again.

The High Life

If you ever go to Vienna, you should stay here. The view is either from the front or back balconies. There is a sauna and hot tub. After walking around the center of town and seeing all the sights it was nice to relax in both. The owner's husband welcomed us and helped us off with taxi arrangements. Over all, a GREAT time.

Beautiful, stylish, modern property to make your visit extra special!

So many great reasons to stay here. First, we were warmly greeted by Dr. Seywald who made sure we were familiar with the amenities and with the neighborhood. He also welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling rose wine. He made himself available for any requests, which we took him up on with some extra bedding request. He responded within the hour. He is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The property has amazing views of Vienna, and is beautifully furnished. Heated floors, washer/dryer, induction stove, whirlpool tub and outdoor sauna all made the property a joy to come back to. It is very convenient to the central "circle" and close to public transportation. The local market is a few blocks away and great restaurants are a short walk or Uber ride away. We are a family of four, with 2 college aged young men, and the layout was perfect for us. Plenty of space for us all to spread out and make it feel like a home away from home. The next time we come back to Vienna, this will definitely be my first choice over a hotel.
