The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the efficiency of the online check-in/check-out process. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Loved that apples, little treats, and baked goods were available in the lobby 24/7. The location of the hotel to the sights, shops, and restaurants was ideal. Loved everything about our stay at this Boutique hotel

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful, even when I left this morning and was not able to buy postcard stamps. I paid them for the stamps and the gentleman was going to get them for me and mail the postcards. The hotel is centrally located, I walked to every site and restaurant. When I go back to Vienna, I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

Beautiful room with perfect layout, staff was very helpful from the moment we checked in. Great location, perfect for walking to sites. Exceptionally clean and quiet throughout. Lobby always had pastries, tea, and flavored water for guests. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vienna. Highly recommended!

Every breakfast was filled with amazing options and variety. A beautiful display of baked goods and lots of fruit options. The scrambled eggs needed to be cooked more ( too wet IMO) and need to be kept warm.

A lovely hotel that was recommended to us. The room although cosy was clean - wasn't in Vienna to spend time in the bedroom. Lovely to be able to walk everywhere. Staff were helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
