Location is excellent. Property is currently under renovation.

Close to Metro, close to the center! Really friendly staff!

No wifi in room. A bit disappointing. Room key fid not work in all elevators.

Awesome looking lobby. Hotel room was pleasant looking too. Train to Schonnbrun Palace is across the street. My wife and I both slipped on the bathroom floor. Be careful of slippery flooring. Desk staff was rude when I tried to download my boarding pass. I had to wait online over again because the person that gave me their email to send the boarding pass went off shift.

The lobby was nice which gave me the impression the room would be as well. Room was nothing special. Carpet was old and dirty. Refrigerator was full of items for purchase and had very little room for us to put our own drinks in. Shower was terrible. The water kept going from hot to cold. I showered as quickly as possible because one minute I was cold the next it was burning hot. One day our room service forgot to give us clean towels. Overall it was just disappointing for a Hilton and paying as much as I did.

This is a well known hotel. It is at the very good place near the park, transportation, center. Breakfasts were fine but sitting should be better organized because it feels like a crowded mess when there are larger groups present. Our room was so small and that was disappointing. Sometimes we would not find enough towels, or other usually provided supplies. Transportation to the airport is provided by someone affiliated with Hilton , and is too expensive compared to the taxi service, or Uber. Also, and very important Wi-Fi is provided but there is the charge. Considering the name and the status, We expected better.

well known hotel in vienna
