An absolute delight to stay here, especially in the tea house proper. The room had so much personality, and right from the start, the staff made it clear that they would help us with anything we needed. Afternoon tea was flawless, and the breakfast was top-notch. Clean, spaceous , nicely decorated antique rooms. Great location to all inner harbour restaurants, museum, attractions. Good view of the harbour from the room's private balcony. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with many choices. Tea menu alone was extraordinary . All staff were very polite and very helpful. Great place to stay.

The hotel tries to be "old-timey," but it just ends up being old. Everything is shabby, and not in the "chic" way. The worst part was when a mouse came darting through our room. I complained to the front desk and they gave me towels to stuff under the door. My husband saw another mouse in the downstairs lobby area, which is also where the high tea is served. We were totally grossed out. Thankfully Expedia is working on getting us a refund.

The property is super quaint with lovely touches. The best thing was the delicious English breakfast. It was so unique. Two years ago they had the best hot chocolate I have EVER tasted. Sadly, they didn’t have it this year. We were told they only have it during the hot chocolate festival which was held in January and February. We were confused because we were there in April last year as well as this year.

This place was AMAZING! I highly recommend this place. My friend and I went on a girl's trip and enjoyed all that came with it! We got surprised with Emersen bringing up 2 glasses of amazing glasses of wine! The breakfast that is included was INCREDIBLE! We even did a tea lunch, and it was also incredible. I defiantly got my exercise since we were staying on the 3rd floor. We cannot wait to visit again. Thank you so much for making this the best time I have had in a long time

Amazing weekend at the Pendray Inn!! Once we solved what we thought was going to be a parking dilemma everything was better than we ever imagined. Room was old but spectacular, staff was kind, helpful and generous and the area was unforgettable! And the breakfast? Oh my goodness, completely different than anything we have experienced before and absolutely wonderful! Thank you Pendray and thank you Victoria!!

The room was fine. But there are several considerations before anyone books this location. First, there is a massive construction project directly across the street. The noise and smell is bothersome. However, we were out of the room for most of the day. The TV in the room was very hard to operate. We had to have the staff come up and try to get it to work 2 separate times in 3 days. Lastly, we were on the 3 floor of the building. All Stairs. If climbing stairs is a fun thing for you, then this is your place!
