The pull out bed didn’t have any linens, and it took 4 trips to the front desk to get it right. The lady at the front desk was accommodating, but expressed annoyance because her preteen daughter was in the lobby e in PJs watching a movie and the attendant couldn’t be bothered to bring the items to the room. It took 4 trips to get all the items.

This room was great for us (232). However I booked two rooms - full handicap accessible due to the fact that my brother in law is an amputee and my dad is elderly. My brother in laws room (323) was not fully accessible and it was difficult for him. He was told it was handicap but there was no shower seat as shown in the picture and there were no grab bars for the toilet. More than one night and we would have to leave. The coffee maker in his room had to be replaced. When the person came to replace it, he was told it was NOT the fully accessible room, yet the front desk said it was. Per ADA this should be a top priority for your handicap visitors.
