Good location

The hotel is close to the train station, 3-5 minutes walk. Very clean. Nice beds.

This place is awesome! Super clean and looked very very new inside. All of the staff were outstanding! Breakfast included was perfect for us as it had a lot of variety! I will stay here again for sure! It’s so close to the train station which is exactly as we wanted and the check in staff were awesome with detail about where to go, what to do and places to eat! I wish all hotels I stay at would be like this place!!

Love this hotel and it’s location! Modern, gorgeous, has an elevator & AC and very friendly and helpful staff! Nice breakfast as well.

I did not like the music piped in at breakfast. Soft jazz or classical music would be more appropriate. The hot entrees at breakfast were cold. The shower floor slippery. A grab bar would be appropriate for more mature people.

Tiny hotel, but perfect location (5min walk from S. Lucia venice station) if you are traveling with trains. Very pleasing staff and atmosphere, good food at the dining bar. The only problem is the waters leaking from shower booth. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed on the rooms on ground floor and they were nice. It looks to be have newly renovated. The only odd thing was their towel hooks were in a separate rooms with the toilet instead of next to the shower. Also their breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotels within our stay.

New hotel, 1 year old, close to train station, Close to a lot of restaurants, would stay there again

Very clean, reception staff extremely helpful with check in and any questions we had. There was a mixup with room type on arrival but they fixed the next day quickly. The breakfast was pleasant with many choices, the patio was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and use of the hotel cell phone was awesome and have never seen or heard of anything like before. Close proximity to bus station, only 5-10 minute walk and can get a porter if you don’t want to do the bridge yourself. Loved the hotel. Also right near water bus stop as well.

We stayed in Venice Times Hotel for two nights and think that we made a good choice. Our first experience of Venice is crowd. There are so many people walking in the narrow alleys with pebble road. Unlike the other cities in Europe that taxi can deliver you right in front of hotel, most people arrived in Venice through rail, bus or air and the closest point to the city is S. Lucia. It is not uncommon to see people carrying their luggage walking around in Venice. The Venice Times Hotel is very close to the railway station and you do not have to carry you luggage over the bridges that are one of the symbols of Venice. In addition, you do not have to endure the bad smells of some waterways. The staff is very helpful and always ready to help. We got detailed explanations of Venice and suggestions of sightseeing the city when we checked in. The room though small is clean and comfortable. It is understandable space is limited in Venice. The breakfast is good.

Hotel is fully renovated. Delicious breakfast included. Phone is provided in your room to use during your stay with free calls and internet. Very helpful.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptionaly accommodating and helpful. There are fully functioning phones in the hotel room for guests to take with them during their stay, which saved us on paying for SIM card/ phone costs. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train and from the vaporetto (public transportation boats that bring you throughout Venice). The only downside is that the rooms are very tight, which I believe is true about most hotel rooms in Venice. Lastly, we are Jewish and they were more than courteous to help us with any needs regarding the sabbath.
