Stayed here 3 nights for a business meeting. Ended up in a large two room corner suite with two baths and windows overlooking both the lagoon and the street - so we were quite happy. The rate included wifi and breakfast but had to pay 36 euros for 3 days parking. King size bed was very comfortable. Other room had a twin bed and one chair. Thought it was strange to have so much space with no sofa and only 1 chair. Wifi was fine, liked having two televisions. Plenty of electrical plugs. Good A/C. Breakfast was fine - very good pastry and cheese. Meals for the convention were also very good. Didn't like the tiny showers - and water temperature kept changing. Two registration areas for two towers. We were in tower B, most of meetings were in tower A but that was fine. However, reception desk staff were always very busy so hard to get tourist information from them.
Good location. Easy to reach Venice fast. Large room and excelent bed. Very good bathroom. Breakfast nice and everybody in the staff is up to help. We had a problem with the shower solved imediatally.
Great hotel! NG Laguna had, by far, the biggest hotel room we've ever stayed in! We got 2 triple rooms and each room was divided into 2 BIG ROOMS! And each room had its own bathroom, tv, mini bar, and everything. We loved it! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, we had all sorts of amenities - the only thing missing in our room was our own coffee maker. Our continental breakfast was delicious! They offer a variety of choices like different types of croissant, hams, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, eggs. I loved the coffee machine, which could give you cappuccino, mochaccino, americano, latte, etc. It's right beside bus stop number 43 (i think, or 34) but it's quite a walk from bus stop 3L. I would've given this hotel 5 stars but someone from our tour group lost her bag, while it was inside the reception. They took her passport but left her wallet. Given that this incident happened INSIDE THE HOTEL, it doesn't make you feel very safe.
This place would typically out of our price range, but somehow it came together and we were able to stay, an absolutely lovely hotel. Room was spectacular with a view of the docked boats. Our TV didn't stream very well, but that was a minor annoyance.
Huge hotel. It has 2 blocks. It is modern, a bit removed from the center. Large rooms with good bathrooms. Clean, sanitized, clear and well ventilated. The breakfast is great. There is a gourmet restaurant attached to one of the blocks. Very quiet. It's worth staying here.Lots of natural light
I had seen NH hotels around the world, and thought a recent trip to Venice would be a good time to try one. It was weird and not in a good way. Most annoying, the up charge for the 'New Style' room should have included amenities like a robe -- but there was no robe. Nothing was right from check in on. The staff could not use the computer system and seemed to be surprised anyone was checking in despite the long line of airline staff. The hotel is huge -- but the towers are not connected. In the rooms, everything was so badly organized. There are bizarrely placed florescent lights with a bunch of light switches. No outlet at the desk. Mosquitoes pouring in the windows. Strange limited selection of television stations. Bad internet. Weird neighborhood. Just all wrong. Breakfast staff was pleasant.
This is an average hotel. Comfortable bed with good good bedding. Bath towel is a bit rough. They only left 1 in the bathroom. The room itself is pretty unattractive but appears clean. Electrical outlets in the room are limited. This is a real down side. If you are in bed there are no outlets near you to plug in a computer or cell phone. Television channels are limited and don't expect to see much in English except CNN. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop in Mestre to go to Venice. That takes about 20 minutes. This hotel is on the water so you could get a water taxi. There is also a pretty good grocery store which takes about 10 minutes to walk to. The air conditioning works and the front desk staff is accommodating.
Was here for a business group tour. Everything was decent. Good size for the room. Breakfast was quite good too. Nothing too fancy. Just right. Overall i would consider this more for business hotel. Pillows are not very comfortable, but everything else is ok
Close to three supermarkets, two ATM's. Great buffet breakfast. Helpful front desk personnels. Get the room on the canal side. Room has small refrigerator, hot water heater. Short walk to Center of Mestre which has very good restaurants. Easy access to bus #4/ that take you to Piazzale Roma and the Island of Venice. Highly recommended.
Nice Hotel with great architecture in Mestre. We stayed there to visit Venice. Good bus connection starting in front of the Hotel. Everything alright, spacious room, huge underground parking space, maybe a little more variety at the breakfast. And the staff was a little overcharged because there were often Things missing and empty at the buffet.
