Lovely, thanx. Rooms were a bit too hot at times, other than that, a wonderful stay. How about a under-roofed link between the two buildings? We had some rainy days, which caused some discomfort, due to the walking outside.

A very neat, clean hotel with laguna and vessels - looks very unusual and attractive. Large rooms, clean everywhere, excellent bathroom, great and helpful staff at reception, good connection with Venece by public transport. Best quality like everywhere in NH hotels!

The hotel room was very pleasant and clean. The only issue was that the room was way too hot and there didn't appear to be any way to cool it down. We opened the windows to try to cool it down, but there was a tremendous amount of noise outside from late night partiers so we had to close them

The hotel looks great and has a lovely view over the marina. Well connected to Venice. At the hotel bar, they make amazing cocktails. Among the best i've ever had. And i tested quite a lot :))))). Excellent service as well from the bartender. Front office allways smiling and willing to help, especially lovely Francesca and Myriam. Everything was perfect, thank you, will return!

Hotel is lovely, rooms are really big, staff friendly, however the maids only gave us one towel to share daily. We even let them know we wanted another one but didn't get it. We then ran out of toilet paper, we thought the next day they would put some more there but nothing for 3 days, ending up taking some off the maids cart that we seen in halway! We told them our problems at checking out but basically got told it was our fault for not telling reception. I understand their point but towels and toilet paper are basic stuff. Just be careful!

Good and rich Breakfast with friendly staff, but still too much packaging: butter, marmelade etc.. Bad climate in the room: too warm - in March!? Room atmosphere cold and unfriendly. Reception desk and other staff is not sufficiently equiped. It took a couple of phone calls until non functional Elements of the room (lights, air-con, non closing door) get fixed. Technician who came after a couple of hours was friendly and competent. Very good beds. Big rooms. Remarkable and quite big building, but it felt a bit cold.

We absolutely loved our stay. Michele was the most amazing bar man. Great service, super clean, big rooms. We love Italy :) really close to public transport, with some lovely views of their pier. Definitely returning next year!

Booked this Hotel on a Bed and Breakfast basis for a 6 night stay to visit and explore Venice. Getting there from Marco Polo seemed easy enough. Get the Number 15. The driver said I should get the Number 5. Even the staff at the bus stops said get the 5. So I did- then had a 20 min walk to the hotel. Refer to end of this review why I’ve just mentioned this. Ok, entering the revolving doors of the Hotel brings you into a wide open reception area. Having checked in, by very polite professional staff, who speak various languages as identified by flag lapel pins, I made my way to my room. All public areas are wide open spaces, broken up with small seating areas. My room was clean light airy, with all the bits n bobs you’d expect in this star rated hotel. Breakfast is the usual range of juices, cereals, dairy, fruit, meats, breads and pastries and scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages. I only dined twice in the restaurant at night during my stay. The service was perfect and the food of a high quality. On a couple of days the hotel was very busy in the reception area. This hotel also holds conferences, so manoeuvring through the crowds can be a tad tricky, especially if you have luggage. So why is this hotel the perfect location? 15-20 min walk to Mestre bus and train station. If your on your own, the walk is quiet, fine in the day, but I got a taxi when Dark back to the hotel (€10). From the bus station take the number 2 bus (round the corner in front of the train station) to Piazzalo Roma. From Mestre train station you can catch a train to almost anywhere (I did Milan for a day) The hotel isn’t far from the airport - I got a pre-arranged taxi via reception for fixed €35.00 - 15-20 Drive. Finally, at the beginning of this review I mentioned getting the bus to the hotel. Reception suggested I get the bus from the front of the hotel to the airport and were surprised when I told them I’d tried and been unsuccessful. Either way €35.00 isn’t that bad when there a a couple of people to split the cost. Would I come here again - yes Would I recommend this hotel - yes On wandering around Venice I saw several visitors lugging cases about. Given Venice is full of bridges, narrow streets etc, for the minor “inconvenience” of a 20min walk and €3, this hotel is worth it.

We stayed at the Laguna Palace for 50th birthday holiday, It’s not very often that we say we had a perfect holiday but we did this time and a lot of what made the holiday perfect was down to the staff at the Laguna Palace , they take great pride in their work and remain very friendly and helpful , all the staff greet you with a smile and make sure your stay at the hotel is pleasant. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the room was really nice and clean with a marina view which we requested, we went as a birthday treat and they must have noticed the birthday cards when the maid came in and later in the day sent a hand made cake to the room which was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s a great alternative to staying in Venice where you get less for your money and is only a €1.50 10min bus trip to Venice city and the bus stop is outside the hotel . It’s 20mins from Marco Polo airport by taxi or there is also a coach that runs near to the hotel.

We went there for a one night. Gentleman in reception nice and polite. Give for us room few hours later ( really pleasure that) so we can start out journey in Venice earlier. Room was big. Bed are comfortable. High recommended!!!!
