Stayed 3 nights. Wonderful! Awesome staff. Away from Venice but train station is only 2 min walk.

Fantastic stay! The lunch st the restaurant was not good at all was greasy. We ordered a margarita pizza

I stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to my Mediterranean cruise because the price was right, they could accommodate my entire travel crew (14), and they were next to the train station. At first everything was great, prior to my arrival I emailed the hotel to schedule the shuttle and they were immediately responsive so I ignited great they'll be attentive, but during check-in I should have known whoever responded to the email my have been at a call center. The receptionist was curt, and didn't answer several of my questions, next I go to my room to unwind and take a shower and then maid walks in without knocking while I'm in the shower. The food was just ok. The crazy part about it was that the pasta of all things was horrible. No one liked their dish. And finally at checkout, another receptionist was extremely rude to some of my family. First she tried to charge them for a room that was already paid for and when she couldn't figure it out she walked away from them and started boarding others on the shuttle to the pier. Then when another receptionist figured out that they were trying to charge them for three rooms instead of the two they had, no apology was offered and the shuttle left without them. They had to take a taxi from the hotel to the pier. The hotel paid for itnof course but what an ordeal.

The hotel is a good location if you're wanting to be close to the airport on your last night of stay or need to be close to the train station to catch a trip to other locations of Italy. It's about a 20-25 min train ride from Venice itself. So, if you're trying to see Venice, I recommend staying inside the city (with all the other tourists) near San Marco. However, this was very easy- I stayed here on my last night and had a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are a tad noisy (because of the train being directly next door), but the room is comfortable and spacious. There is also free wifi that helped with communication. Directv in the room, but only Italian channels. I didn't really see any nearby amenities (restaurants), but I spent the day in Venice and only used this as a transfer stop.

Nice hotel.but a little far from Venice We enjoyed the newness of it

We came back to this hotel after a cruise to the Mediterranean and felt great with the rooms size and facilities. The hotel itself is right next to the Metro train station and the train to Venice takes about 30 minutes and quite frequent. The breakfast was just phenomenal (considering we just came from a cruise) with a great variety of Pastries, cold cuts, eggs, bread, cereal , coffee, juices etc. We all just loved it. There is a free airport shuttle as well to top it off. Over all a super value to stay here rather than cramped quarters anywhere inside Venice for twice the cost.

Excellent sizes rooms and great staff. Breakfast was awesome. Train station located right outside of hotel!!

It is a nice hotel and from what I have heard from others is better than living in Venice. Only problem was figuring out how to open train doors late at night coming back from Venice. Suggest that guests not stay late in Venice - that is the only down side.

Nice hotel which is close to the train station. Quiet location and about 30 minutes from Venice by train. TV is in Italian and asked hotel staff for help to change to English and said they would send someone up to help but no one ever showed up. Phone rang continuously and no one answered. They have a shuttle that goes to airport for 5 Euros per person.

Clean hotel, staff are helpful. Breakfast is good.

Great ........................................................................

Staff and location was great.... A bus was provided at a small fee to take us to the cruise pier. The train was located behind hotel to take you to Venice for small fee, if you opted to spend the day....

we were happy with the stay and dinner in the rest was good.

Really well staffed, and priced. 20 minutes from Venice.

Very nice hotel, very nice town. We went for a ship cruise from NCL then we stayed in this hotel before and after the ship cruise. The staff were awsome.

The hotel is located in a village and nothing special, but it was priced very reasonably and has shuttle service to the sirpot to get you there in about 15 minutes. Overall - very good!

The King Superior Non-Smoking room was large, clean, beautifully furnished and decorated with storage, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Very nice after a 25 day cruise in a small cabin.Hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 the next morning. Area was safe for walking. Train station was a five minute walk.Great value for the price.

Arriving late and exhausted from 23 hours of flying I was shocked to discover that the advertised airport shuttle had to be reserved 24 hours in advance. There had been NO indication of this in any of our research or arrangements! It took me 3 hours and 57 euros to get to the hotel. We spoke with the manager the next morning and he graciously refunded part of our hotel payment. [...] The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff was pleasant.

I would stay there again, It is clean and nice and very close to the train station. about a 30 min. trip. The First Night there we were so tired it didn't matter, but when we woke up the next morning the air still didn't work!!! So I tell the man at the desk, Who's English was very good and that helps a lot if you don't speak Italian, That the AC DOES NOT WORK. He looks on the computer and says your window is open. I say it is not but I will check. This is 8am. mind you. So I go up and the window is not open, I go back down and tell him this and he says he will have his colleague fix it. Remember, this is 8am. We Ride the train into Venice, get your ticket at the front desk, we stay all day and come back around 7pm. (That is 11hrs people) and go to the room and it is all but hot in there. I go back to desk and tell the new guy, guess what he says, that's right, your window is open. I say no it is not and he comes to look and guess what, its not. So now he says he will get it fixed. My Wife (she is the light of my life) and I go to supper, its a little walk but the food is very good. we come back 2 and a half hours later and it is still not fixed. This goes on and on until after midnight. They would not or could not change our rooms. Any way, MAKE SURE YOUR AC WORKS BEFORE YOU ACCEPT THE ROOM! And the next morning they had forgotten to arrange our shuttle to air port so double check that too. Oh, and there is not a Continental Breakfast. 12 Euros per person.
