The breakfast was so good. The front desk staff was unbelievable. My problem came with the cleaning staff in the room. They would not replace my coffee.I had to go to the front desk.Two different times to get coffee. There was a bar soap in the shower on the day I got there. On the day I left , it was still there. Some days I got the full compliment of lotion and shampoo and other days.I did not. My overall impression was outstanding excluding the cleaning staff

The hallway looks worn and can use paint and new flooring. Bathroom looks worn. Shower not convenient. Curtains were not hanging properly. Could not lower the temperature in the room as thermostat did not stay on. 15 minute taxi to the airport. Shuttle only starts at 5:30 am which was not as advertised. Still comfortable room and hotel.

Overall, our stay at the Crowne Plaza was adequate. The staff were hospitable and the breakfast was EXCELLENT. The location was superb as it was right in front of the train station and the overall price of the hotel was good. The qualms we had were: 1) the airport shuttle was not easy to find and we were nervous that we had missed it. It turns out that the shuttle was late but there was no way to communicate with the driver. 2) The bathroom could use some renovations as it was not as cleanly as possible. 3) The room was cold and there was a banging sound when we attempted to turn on the heat.4) Having to pay for water was not anticipated.
