Excellent place to stay in the vicinity of Venice. Host Carla is a wonderful person and she and her staff really took care of us to ensure we are comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Their cappuccino is the best. It is a little far from Venice but we are quite glad we stayed here.

Last night in Europe

Listed as being close to Marco Polo airport. It is 10 kilometers and a very expensive taxi ride. Was not close to public transportation or anything else for that matter. No one on staff spoke any English. It would be nice to have that on the website. Bed was comfortable room was clean. No power outlets next to the bed. Would be a nice place to hang out in the Italian country side but should not be listed as close to Marco Polo international airport.

Nice new hotel

Hotel is through a restaurant that was packed when we arrived,100 people or so. Staff was extremely busy and the 2 members we spoke to spoke no English. Check in was by the bar. No signs about it being a hotel or where to check in, but plenty signs of things no to do. No eating in your room , no bags on the desk in your room etc Hotel is a ways off the road, recommommend you have a car if staying there.

Great gem near the airport

It was a perfect overnight stay for the family- 10 minutes to the airport. Very comfortable rooms, well appointed. The breakfast was wonderful. It has a thriving restaurant open to the public, which was very busy when we arrived. We would certainly consider staying again.

Close to airport. In the countryside.....

In the countryside........beautiful location yet close to airport. I got a real feeling of Italy. The room and facilities were clean and updated. I give it an excellent rating.

Take all your paperwork in English and Italian....

Had an awful experience - booked and paid via hotels.com, had paperwork in English and Italian confirming payment, but hotel staff were rude and threatening, and wouldn't accept that we had pre-paid, despite all paperwork confirming this. Just before departure in the morning we were again harassed for payment, only when I threatened to call hotels.com on the spot did they back off. Not sure if this was a genuine admin problem at the hotel, or if it was a tried and tested routine. Room was OK, though air con was not very effective. Thought breakfast would be 'locally sourced farm produce' as this was a farm, but was a couple of bottled of supermarket juice and some packet cakes. Overall as a stop over at the start of our holiday, it was close to the airport and quiet, but that is really all I can positively say about the place. I would recommend some of the staff go on a hospitality training course, and that they better organise their payments administration. I would never go back.

You need a car to get here.

Quiet area, a bit difficult to get to if walking from bus as gravel road for last 2 blocks, but staff came to get us after one of us walked to hotel. They were also kind enough to drive us to bus when we checked out. Staff were very helpful but only one person spoke some English so communication was challenging.

Uneasy

The #1 thing I look for in a hotel in the middle of summer is in Europe is "air-conditioned rooms" .. While it does say that on the description.. The air conditioner does not kick on til 6pm in the evening... Well arriving to the hotel, in the afternoon after a long day of travel.. We had to wait a couple of hours before it got turned on... And on the days we were touring Venice, we were hoping to come back to a cool room-since we came back typically around 7 or so, but to find the room still warm because they turned off the breakers (located in the room) to the AC... I'm used to hotels coming into our rooms during the day to clean, but not to turn off the AC.. I was very disappointed.. Because they didn't even attempt that, instead received a note to not hang up our wet clothes on the beds... Which they ended up gathering and dumping in the sink. I understood they didn't want us using the beds as a drying rack, but it was a bit rude to just dump our wet clothes in the sink .. After that, I was very uneasy about leaving the hotel.. Although nothing ever got stolen, it just made me uncomfortable... We stayed 3 nights but if I ever find myself visiting Venice again, I will probably not be staying at this hotel.. Location was nice, people were somewhat nice, but that particular incident made me very uncomfortable

Country Hotel

The hotel was comfortable and adequate for our needs. Breakfast included fresh eggs and yogurt with bread and bottled orange juice. The property was very clean and the Manager spoke good English and was very helpful. We chose this hotel because it was quiet, but close to the Marco Polo airport. It was about a 10-15 minute car ride. The hotel was also about 10 minutes from the train station to Venice. The train ride was about 20 minutes from Venice. The price was reasonable. We would return.

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta la colazione mi aspettavo essendo un agriturismo prodotti fatti in casa e non confezionati Un’altra cosa la tv troppo piccola su una stanza così grande Per il resto era tutto perfetto
