Great value for what you get. Included breakfast which wasn't the best but being a breakfast person who eats light it was as expected. Rooms are very clean, with lots of space for luggage. Modern Bathroom.
We stayed here to avoid the high hotel costs in the city of Venice. There was a shuttle service that charged 7 euros per person per trip that went to venice daily as well as the airport; the last shuttle was at 1030pm which I wished was later so we could have experienced more nightlife. The rooms were clean but the air conditioning in our room did not work every night. We never brought this up to the hotel due to the fact of not really being in the room that much. the complimentary breakfast was very delicious and convenient! Rooms were very clean! Room service was very unacceptable. We ordered past restaurant hours and got a small serving of cold food for a very expensive price. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable!
GREAT NEW, CLEAN HOTEL. RESTAURANT AND BAR ONSITE. VERY ACCOMODATING TO OUR NEEDS.
Nice place. Stayed one night before early flight out. Nice restaurant across street and few blocks from a big mall shopping center. Took public transportation to get there and hotel transportation to airport. Nice place to stay
This was overall a very nice hotel. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and very nice bathroom. If you will be doing a lot of travelling and have heavy luggage, I highly recommend staying somewhere like this as opposed to actually in Venice, because it will be a huge pain to lug your stuff through the city (although you can pay for a porter and watch them struggle with it).
Great Hotel close to the airport. Friendly staff... Reasonably priced for what they offer. Room was exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay there again on our next trip.
An outstanding modern 4 stay hotel with great service and breakfast. The Gaggio Port Esta train stop is easy walk 0.5 miles away--make sure to exit the train only from double doors especially late at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. They sell one way train tickets for $2.50 which can only be used to go into Venice and not for returns. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are large with large tub shower. Housekeeping provides excellent service. It was quiet and peaceful at night if you want to get away from Venice crowds. A nice touch are the large TV display screens with airline departure times in the lobby.
Staff was friendly, breakfast was fantastic!. Will be back. There is a train station 10 min walk from hotel ( Gaggio porte east.) Hotel shuttle will pick you up from airport for first time visitors. I suggest you call a day ahead to make a reservation let them know your coming. Shuttle does not run unless you call. They also arrange to take you to the island of Venice cost is 5 euro each way. But you can take the train back. The train will leave once an hour from track 2 from Venice last train leaves at 0036. Have a wonderful time you will love it.
A wonderful place. Very clean, modern, and easy to find. Staff was wonderful, spoke great English and very helpful. Breakfast was open at 5am so that we could eat, ride the hotel shuttle, and get to the airport before 5:30 am. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall, a large toy store, and many restaurants. We plan to stay there again!! Also the shower was amazing!!!
We had to be at the airport by 4:45am. It worked out perfectly. The wakeup call was on time, the taxi was waiting. Checkout was rapid. The staff was quite helpful and all spoke English. We had free internet access. The restaurant staff helped provide items not on the menu. And the exterior landscaping was beautiful. All in all a good experience.
Nice modern hotel. Not in a tourist area so night life and other off-site amenities are limited. Hotel staff helpful. By far the best breakfast buffet for our stay in Italy with a wide array of food available. Transport to and from the Venice airport a breeze. Would be the same for travel to and from Venice based on conservations with other travelers on the mini-bus. A little confusing but nothing out of the norm for Italy. I would stay again and would suggest it to my friends.
Stayed here the first day a 11 day trip in Italy. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is about the standard or a little above for a 3 star Italian rated hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. This hotel is not in a tourist area so amenities in the area are limited. A good hotel for a first night stay before heading out to other cities in Italy or the last night before departing Italy. There is a local bus line with stop within walking distance of the hotel. This bus will take you to the bus terminal in Venice for 1.6 Euro for each person. Return cost is the same. Considering the cost and the availability of the bus line to Venice, this hotel could work as a base for a multi-day stay in Venice. There is a hotel shuttle service from and to the airport. that is quite reasonable. A taxi from the airport to the hotel can be quite expensive considering the distance.
Best service, staffs were very efficient and professional. Shuttle service and breakfast was the best. Very clean hotel and room. Quiet area and away from Venice crowd, time to relax after end of day.
While at this hotel we went to Venice for the Carnival. The hotel was beautiful, but it was not the most convenient for seeing Venice. The price was perfect, the staff was nice, and it was a 15min walk from the small train station. However, it was about 30mins to the heart of Venice from the Train. The hotel does offer a shuttle service which requires advanced booking and the hotel was hard to contact in advance for this. We ended up having to pay $40 for a taxi and it was not clear that their was a closer station to the hotel. If I go back to Venice I definitely want to stay closer to or in Venice. This hotel was located in a commercial so very few restaurants available other than the one in the mall and within the hotel.
Very Good looking at check in time, nice and clean room, Best service.
Bar and restaurant was very good.
The hotel staff was great. The room was modern and clean. [...] remember what we want it to drink for breakfast and never had to ask for it after the first day. This is a gem...too bad is so far from Venice, but is worth the train ride (20 min 1.80 euro)
