Well situated to a number of good restaurants and wine bars. Easy access to the water taxis, but not too noisy at night. Quite secure. Unpretentious and cute. A good find!

This is a wonderfully clean guest house with shared bathrooms that are basic but kept immaculately clean. You are able to catch the airport boat straight to the airport from Arsenale. It is basically a 3 min walk ther from the hotel. The price is excellent and you are quickly into the heart of Venice either by walking or taking the local boat transportation. Added bonus is a gelato shop just out the door and local bars and coffee shops surrounding you as you are close to where the locals live.

Great Value and Great location.

Excellent location along the waterway. Close to the "Vaporetto" public water bus station " Arsenale". The room was comfortable. I had a sink , a bed, a table, and a closet (do drawer) The price was affordable. The shared bathroom situation worked out very well. The Hotel is located on the 1st floor of the building( in the U.S.A. that translates to the 2nd floor, so there's 1 flight of stairs to climb). Check-in was easy, Thanks to Maria. Overall had a wonderful stay. I would be Happy to recommend Casa Favaretto to family and friends for an enjoyable stay in Venice.

Very spacious rooms with our own sinks. There were three separate bathrooms, 2 of which had showers, and they were all nice. The woman that met us on arrival did not speak much English but she still easily communicated what we needed to know, plus English information sheets were provided in the room. Far location from the train station so we needed to walk a long way with our luggage, but it is close to multiple ferry stops. It is also around the corner from a street with many restaurants that we had good experiences at!
