Very close to St. Mark's Square. Rooms are nice but bathroom very small if you are a large person. Concierge staff very helpful and friendly. GPS navigating can be confusing in Venice but vendors are helpful in giving directions.

Very nice and clean hotel next to St. Mark's. Check in was smooth. The room was excellent and the bathroom was superb! A heated and spacious bathroom after a long day of being a tourist is a treat!

We stayed here overnight post-cruise. Location is great! Lamberto replied timely to my emails days prior to checking in. There are 3 steps before reaching the building's small elevator. Only 2 adults and 1 suitcase will fit in it. Reception is on the 4th floor. Very impressed by the security of the entrance. It provided all the toiletries and amenities we needed for a quick stay. The slippers were a nice touch. Wifi was fast and steady. They have an old style hair dryer that takes longer to dry hair so if you're hair-conscious, you might want to bring your own trusty hair dryer. Breakfast nook was quaint and charming. No cooked hot food but offered delicious prosciutto, salami and brie cheeses plus the usual croissant, toast, jam variety. We use 110v on all our gadgets so we needed an adapter. Don't worry- for 10 euro deposit, they will lend u an adaptor as well as lock and key for the room safe. Very quiet at night. There's a souvenir kiosk right outside the hotel and a gondola service steps away. English tv channels was a plus ! We loved our stay and highly recommend this boutique hotel! Thank you Lamberto for your friendly service! Tip: wake up early and walk and enjoy the stillness of gorgeous Venice before the crowds come.

The hotel was located near a canal and surrounded by the vibrant shopping area. If you value location rather than luxury this is a great choice.

Excellent location off a side street close to all the action but with less noise at night, hotel on a canal, close to st. Marks Square and Rialto. Single room was large and comfortable. Loved hotel staff.

Awesome stay at a great hotel. Locations was close to everything.

Positives: Very friendly staff, good location, large rooms. Negatives: Horrible breakfast spread, very spotty free wifi.

It's in a great spot near all the cool stuff in Venice. Great launching pad for your vacay. Rooms are on the small side, but I don't mind that one bit. Friendly staff. The free breakfast was very basic, but got the job done. Wifi worked flawlessly. My bathroom had a bidet :D. I stayed there after-peak (mid-Sept.) so the price was right. Would recommend.

Easy to find from the drop off by our water taxi... Probably would not have found it from the bus... Super helpful and friendly staff... Clean and modern building steps from San Marco... Would definitely stay here again!

We just wrapped up 9 days across 3 hotels in Italy & France. Ca Del Campo in Venice exceeded the others by far! Excellent staff (especially Sanet and his professionalism), great breakfast, and perfect location. Very clean hotel with a charming presence. Definitely give them your business. They go the extra mile.

We did not have a canal view from our room, but the room and service far exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend this place -- breakfast is great, the hotel is centrally located to many of the most popular sights, the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and the service was great.

We were surprised what a great location this hotel was. Close to Piazza San Marco but not in the congested hussle-bussle. Close to a little canal but not with a view. Staff were great and super-helpful, and English fluent.

I never posted a review in my life, but after many bad experiences in hotels in Venice this is the first time I found a place with very kind employs and nice rooms. I definitely suggest it.

Service ok, try and learna few Italian phrases, this will help. English speaking doesn't get you anywhere in Italy.

Great location and very clean!

This hotel is 1-2 minutes from St. Marks Square, yet in a fairly quiet side street. From our windows we could see the gondula station. The breakfast buffet in a cozy breakfast room was great with freshly brewed coffee upon sitting down at the table. We liked the small size of the hotel, made the stay feel very intimate. Cleanliness was excellent. All in all, a great place to stay!
