We paid upgrade for premium room yet was given a very small room. Was told they had no premium rooms available to move us to. Mould in the bathroom and in the air conditioning unit. When complained we were told all Venice hotels have lots of mould and that it wasn’t a problem We have since been offered a token €40 discount yet this hasn’t made the stay worth it. Excellent location and nice view. Hotel easy to find and breakfast nice

It is small place small elevator but next to gondola stop surrounded by restaurants and businesses. I am still at a loss getting to boat stop and train stop to and fro the hotel. There are Filipinos in the reception, kitchen and room this is why I like the place.

A lovely hotel within walking distance of St Mark’s Square, the Rialto Bridge and ferry service with great restaurants and shops around it. Quiet, excellent service and I would recommend it 100 %. A wonderful experience!

Room requested was 2 twins. Attendant offered linens for me to separate and remake beds, requested he do while we were out. Came back to beds 6 inches apart. Each bed had one sheet per bed and the full comforter over both beds, I got two more sheets and spreads out of the closet. One of the biggest problems is the facility is listed as having an elevator, this is true for the upper floors but not the first above ground level, approximately 12 -14 stairs, could be a deal breaker for many and you would not know till you got there. Also the second night a crazy person was out in the street at 3am for about an hour, throwing things, yelling, hitting walls and buildings with a metal pipe. Screaming and yelling at anyone going by. Told manager the next morning and he said other had told the night clerk and he failed to call police. The night manager was a very young kid but kind person, he is the same one that remade the bed, he was very nice but needed much more training before being let to himself. The breakfast was nice and the dinning area nice in the top floor loft. The location was a 3 minute walk to St. Marks Square after you figured the path.

The location of this hotel is amazing! So close to St. Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Easy walk to water buses and tons of great restaurants right outside the door. The room itself could definitely use a refresh, but you don’t go to Venice to stay in your hotel room. Would absolutely stay there again.

Everything is good , except the bathroom is so small and the shower has no place to put all the cleaning stuff, we have to put them on the floor , finally when we did the check out, we need to pay the city tax around twenty Canadian money instead of ten dollars (according to Expedia statement )

A great small hotel in a convenient location , but quieter and less touristy. The room was lovely, the twin at the top of the hotel. The staff were very kind. We were really pleased to find such a nice breakfast included in the price it was most welcome.

The hotel was quirky, but very much in tune with what was expected in Venice. It was on a canal, so was a bit noisy with people yelling right outside on the water and across from the other buildings during times to sleep. The desk was not manned often and it was a bit confusing for checking in and out.The breakfast provided was very basic. The location was ideal.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, all 3 that we encountered. Great problem solvers. The item I would change is the room mattresses. Half of our party liked them and half did not. Very firm.
