GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private access to the entire space. There are no shared spaces/entrances

***Important notes regarding privacy:
- The host is living in one separate bedroom on the main floor and does not share the kitchen or living room with guests, as required by Vancouver regulations.
- The basement is rented to another friendly family with a fully separate entrance and no shared spaces.

***Please note: the basement household has children. While soundproofing measures have been added, occasional noise may be heard. We appreciate your understanding and transparency is important to us.

- Not suitable for loud parties or disruptive behavior.
- No smoking is allowed inside the home. Thank you for helping us maintain a fresh and clean space for all guests.
- Please take care of your personal belongings during your stay.
- The bathtub is for soaking only; jet / jacuzzi features are not available.
- For your safety: There’s a security camera located outside the entrance. It helps us ensure a secure and smooth check-in. If you'd prefer it turned off during your stay, just let us know - we’ll happily accommodate your preference.

EVENT & GATHERINGS:
As previously mentioned, the owners live right next door. Anyone looking to host a large party may want to consider booking elsewhere.
