Overall comments

Overall service is excellent. It's very clean and tidy. The host is very friendly. You could have food and groceries nearby. The Skytrain station is only 20 min away. It costs me only CAD20ish if taking Uber to the airport. If going to Richmond, it's only CAD11ish by Uber. However, the room is a bit small for two persons. The air-con is noisy at night. The noise insulation for walls is insufficient. You could clearly hear someone going to the bathroom, walking in the corridor, opening/closing door and even packing baggages.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Needs new mattress. Was surprised that wash cloths were not provided. Maybe it's a Canada thing. Parking was awful. Don't mind on street parking but you have to park quite a ways away from where your staying, not fun

A little piece of home

Didn't stay long, only for one night but the house was very clean and homey. Not a bad walk or bus ride to the Sky Train. I would stay there again.

This was great location with only a short 5 min walk to the bus stop, and a further 5-7 mins to transit train station. 10mins to Vancouver airport by train. 10 mins to save on grocery store and other takeaway options. The property inside has everything you need. The kitchen is well maintained and stocked with electrical appliances should you choose to eat in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are communal, but are cleaned daily. Rooms are air conditioned making summer stays comfortable. The owners are friendly and welcoming, giving a full briefing on arrival. The general neighbourhood is quiet and safe. I am extremely happy happy with my choice, would highly recommend this guesthouse.

This property is a sleeping gem. The guest house is clean inside. The rooms and bathroom are modern and cleaned. Staff ensure they are kept that way. The kitchen has everything for guests who want dine in. Living room area very clean with TV and sofas. I love the no shoes in the house policy , one that my wife and I enforce in our own house. Very accessible to local bus route and not far from Marine drive transit train station, which I used extensively. The rooms have aircon and ample storage. Very quiet in the neighbourhood. No problem sleeping. My overall satisfaction with this property is extremely high. I have enjoyed my stay. Oh and it’s only about 20 minutes by train and bus from the airport. That made arriving and departing very, very easy. The owner explained the rules clearly, along anything we needed to know. Extremely satisfied!
