So pricey for an outdated rooms. You have to pay even for a water bottle, no complimentary water bottle for the guests. The rooms & furniture are outdated.

This hotel seemed to have a very high rating so we were confident it would be great- It looks nice in the pictures, and the lobby is lovely. But our room on the 4th floor (a one bedroom queen) was dingy and had visible structural issues including drywall cracks and bubbling that appeared to be significant water damage. We then found that the AC unit is only a couple of feet from the head of the bed and so loud you cannot keep it on at night, but you can't leave the patio door open due to being situated on a very busy main traffic route. We initially had booked the room for the amenities, but opted not to use the jacuzzi tub or even the shower in case that was what had caused the original damage. Lastly, there was a tangled hairball on top of our freshly made bed when we first arrived, which is somehow the LEAST gross thing we encountered. The service provided at reception and at the restaurant were top notch, however we unfortunately won't be back based on the obvious lack of upkeep.

This is the worst hotel service I've ever experienced, bar none. When we checked in at 11 PM on August 27th, the male server had a stern face and responded to every inquiry or request with a cold, "No." However, when we checked out, the female server on duty gave us a different response. We could get the items we needed at the front desk, but I don't understand why the night staff treated us so badly. Could it be that our late check-in time affected his rest? If there's a way to file a complaint, please let me know. I need to file a complaint.

The Executive is my preferred business stay in metro Vancouver. It is centrally located and the rooms are large with a real refrigerator and a large working area with a desk and television. The bedroom locks off from the kitchen/work area which doubles as a living room. It has some signs of age, but one of the best reasonably priced options I have come across in greater Vancouver

The bathroom was dirty. The paint was chipping off in the bathroom. The carpet always seemed damp when AC was running. The airconditioning cools only part of the room at a certain temp b/c of its placement.

The room we received was not the one booked on the website, they couldn't adjust to the room I paid for due to the long weekend and it being booked up. The pictures of the hotel are very different than what we were seeing, our room wasn't very clean, the walls had sticky stuff on them, handprints, the carpet had stains, the bathroom door lock was broken, the bed outlet didn't work. Overall wasn't worth what I paid to stay there, was disappointed in our stay. The staff were very nice and welcoming; I did bring up my concerns to them and they didn't offer us any type of discount which was unfortunate. The outdoor pool was nice, hot tub was small. Overall, I would not stay there again.
