Located in the best community in Vancouver west side, with elegant and quiet streets around and a few minutes walk to Dunbar Street where you can find everything you want, like restaurants, banks, grocery store, community center, library, barbers…
It only take a few minutes to drive to UBC, golf club, the beaches, and 15-20 minutes to downtown or the airport.
1-5 minutes walk to the bus stops and direct buses to UBC, downtown and the sky train station.
It is a new house with a beautiful garden.

Carol has created a perfect spot. Communication was great (thanks for clear check in directions when I was terribly jet lagged!), the property was spotless and had everything I needed. It’s also close to Dunbar village for groceries and an easy commute to UBC and downtown.
