Our room was freezing cold when we got there. Seems they turn the heat off when no one is in the room. It took hours for it to warm up. The door also had an air leak at the bottom and about two feet up the side. It didn’t not shut all the way so the air draft came in and kept the room and floor cold. As a result the heater had to be blasted and it made it very dry each night. When I told the front desk they just apologized and said they were under construction and that no other rooms were available because they were fully booked. I had to use one of the extra blankets on the bed to act as a blocker for the air under and the side of the door. Lastly because the air was off it was very musty in the room and now all of my clothes, jackets and belongings smells old and dusty. I don’t normally complain about rooms but I felt this had to be addressed as it was definitely not worth the price we paid and I feel very duped into thinking this was a good place based on the rating it has. Perhaps it was just the one room but it could also have been other rooms. Just that the one I was in was terrible.
