Would have given better reviews but the staff at the front desk weren't helpful in any way and were just rude. We were supposed to have connecting rooms (clicked that option when booking) but once we arrived they said we couldn't do that and then put one of our rooms on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd. I asked if we could pay more to make it happen and she shrugged her shoulders and said "theres nothing i can do for you about that, we are fully booked"... they indeed were NOT booked up - the 3 nights we were there, the entire parking lot had a max of 15 vehicles, 20 at the absolute most.

Everything regarding our accommodations was AWESOME (10/10) The hotel is slightly off the highway and a skosh out of the way. Not sure why, and surely not the hotel's fault, but Google Maps didn't seem to like their address. Took us down a road with no buildings and vacant lots.... wierd!

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. They ran out of coffee before 9 it was never refilled then they took the coffee away so we never got coffee for the road. They need like cheese and salsa or something for the scrambled eggs you should have access to coffee all morning.

We had a wonderful time. We were a little further from the Erie Canal, about a half hour, but found it easily with GPS. The front desk gave us a great list of the restaurants in the area. My only complaint would be that the coffee at the lobby was often cold.
