Tucked away in back of Denny’s. Potholes in parking lot.

The problem we had was the shower. We could not run hand held shower. Al else was fine.

The room I booked was thru Oribitz. We were put in a handicap room and the bed was absolutely terrible. Soft and overused mattress. When we checked in the hotel, they could not find our reservation because Orbitz gave us an itinerary number not a reservation number. The hotel clerk was very nice and took a lot of time to call Oribitz.. Rose,

The Hampton Inn in Utica was ok for the $$. It was a convenient location to the Adirondack rail road which is why we were there. Pro's - clean room (although the trash hadn't been emptied from the previous guest). Breakfast was good, especially the eggs. French toast was a little tough. Location Friendly staff Con's- Screaming baby all night down the hall. I don't know what the hotel can do about this. The walls are thin. Thermostat on wall didn't work. It got down in the low 30's that night. We had to manually control the heat pump.

Overnight stop passing through NY. Rooms were very clean and staff very pleasant/helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice. Staff agreed that their address made it difficult to use GPS to locate. Had a good stay.

The staff was warm, friendly and very kind to my family. They offered us water bottles and snack when we checked in. Got there around 9pm. Greeted us with hot coffee and baking goods. Great after a 4 hour drive. The front desk rep. Dana was so helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious!!! Thank you for a great stay. Wish we could've stayed longer.

We stayed here to attend my daughter's graduation. It was convenient but the hotel is old and tired. It worked as a place to sleep but I cannot be more positive.
