Great hotel but misleading information online

The stay itself was great although misleading information provided via hotels.com. I thought I had purchased a large suite with five bedrooms however, instead I was provided with one suite on the first floor with three bedrooms and a second suite on the fourth floor of the hotel with three bedrooms so our group of eight girls had to separate when sleeping. Additionally, there was no housekeeping or room service options. The hotel is located in a safe and secured, but dirt road area in a one-way complex That made getting in and out a bit tedious, however it was safe. Lastly, unfortunately, my booking company Rotamundos, Shockingly provided me with the incorrect check-in information and I ended up staying in a completely different villa for my first night. It was very unorganized to say the least. Had I known all of this I probably would have referred to stay at a more traditional style hotel with room service and food as well as Bell hop on site, etc. just for comfort, especially when traveling with a large group or small children.
