Upon check in the worker was on the phone with someone who was complaining asking for the manager. After going to the room it looked decent but after waking up the next morning with bug bites all over i will not be returning. The staff was notified of the bites and a week later the manager/owner has yet to contact me and the staff has also let me know that an exterminator has NOT come yet.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past seven years when visiting family in the area. This is the first year we have had a negative experience. Very poor housekeeping experience during our stay. One day we did not even get housekeeping service. This was a disappointing experience overall.
This was a good place to stay for the weekend for my niece's graduation. The room was clean and comfortable.
This is a good value for the price. Convenient location to nearby restaurants and shopping. Hotel is a little dated but still nice. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. I plan to stay again.
Stay was very good. Room was clean. Bed comfy, Breakfast just OK..Only problem was I couldn't get Wi-Fi in my room. I told the manager and he attemted to reset the router, but I think it just wouldn't reach my room . Staff was awesome. Like I said,the manager attempted to get Wi-Fi signal for me, but one morning I went in for breakfast just after they shut down and cleaned up. I was able to get juice and a sweet roll. The manager said he could get me some eggs or sausage if I wanted, but I told him the juice and sweet roll were plenty and I thanked him for the offer. Rest of staff were friendly and cheerful.

First of all, front desk staff was very friendly in greeting me at check in, helpful with information on the hotel and amenities. The room and furnishings were dated and could use sprucing up, carpet was dingy (not dirty), room was dark even with the shade open. Bed was super comfortable, that was a big PLUS! The downside...this isn't my "style" of hotel, with cars (and noisy, smelly diesel trucks) parked right outside my door. Every morning at 6am, the crew from a welding firm started their truck and ran it for 15 minutes before leaving for the job. My room filled with diesel exhaust fumes, very unpleasant. I should have contacted the front desk but didn't, since I was usually getting ready to leave at that time also.
enjoyed my stay. was there for 6 days attending an equine class. hotel was clean and comfortable. the staff was very nice. the only thing that was missing was scrambled eggs for breakfast.

It was very nice. Staff was awesome. Had a problem with refrigerator when checking in but they quickly moved us to a different room.

I like everything about our stay. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice.
The location had a hard to find entrance with poorly identified parking spaces. The first room had worn stained carpet and poor lighting. The room also had an unpleasant odor. We requested other accommodations and were provided another room. In the second room also had poor lighting and the bathroom grout was dirty with cracks and chips. We checked out a day early and were not given a refund for the remaining day.

Overall, very good. Could use a bit more variety on the breakfast menu, but still better than most. Very accessible, good parking, and proximity to just about everything one might need as far as food and shopping go, and certainly within driving distance of entertainment options in Tulsa. Would definitely stay there again.
