Not enough clean towels available. Room and pool. Also no communication on checkout procedure. Room was great and roomy. Washer was REALLY loud.
Our room had left over things from previous guests (socks & hair clips) The room was full of mold in the bathrooms. Coffee table was sticky as well as the floors. Chairs dirty. Blood on bathroom wall along with what looked like foundation running down a mirror. The worst of it all was all the mold in both bathrooms.
Enjoyed the pool and hot tub when not on the beach. Quick and easy access to the beach

Let me be clear, Hotel is great. Management is terrible. Checked in on a Sunday, Wednesday get a letter saying the dryer in room is broken, they want to repair it Thursday, no problem. It wasnt until I was packing to leave I noticed a lot of my clothes had oil stains on them from the dryer. Called front desk, they wanted me to leave all of my clothes for an undetermined amount of compensation or take $150 credit, which I still have not received. I'm talking about around a dozen shirts, bathing suits, etc.... I have been here 2 times for week long vacations but will find another oceanfront resort next time.

It was so nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The full kitchen with everything you need was amazing. They supply you with towels for your stay and you just wash them throughout your stay with your washer and dryer in the room. The resort was quiet and many things to do in the area.
Gulf front view room is amazing and the resort is well kept. Dishes in condo were absolutely filthy and needed to be ran in dishwasher before use. Side of toilet had pool of dried urine on it from prior occupants. Bed was SO firm I had a sore back every day. Beautiful location though.

The outside property and amenities are top notch, however the condo itself is dated and very dirty. Vents and baseboards were filthy. Cabinets were broken. Light fixtures did not work properly
Property is very clean, its a bit dated but it was very clean. We loved our stay and would say here again. We found all the employees extremely friendly. Great beach location, family friendly.
