"The room was amazing. Most of the staff was amazing. When i arrived to the hotel the staff that greeted me was very rude and disrespectful. She wasn't very friendly and very stand offish. My stay was exceptional with the exception of this employee. "

"Checkin was simple; just look for the orange patio chairs.The host was easy to get a hold of by responding quickly to messages. The mattresses were very firm (which we liked but others may not; your mileage may vary). While the apartment itself was clean, it was missing hand soap, body wash, and shampoo in the bathrooms (which hosts at other properties have supplied). A way to better improve as well would be to add a binder with general information about the property (e.g. rules, WiFi information, checkout procedures), as well as local information like restaurants that are close by, places of interest, etc. Overall our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again the next we are in the area.
