Everything was very clean. The shade was broken in my room which made it dark. I advised the front desk lady but nothing was done to correct the issue. Breakfast was good.
Great location, great breakfast. I booked this hotel for the pool. When we went to use the pool it was very dirty and covered with insects as it had not been cleaned. This was very disappointing.
Check in time, i made there 4:10pm and had to wait 45 minute for room to be cleaned. Every thing esle was great.
One day used towels were left in the bathtub so clearly bathtub wasn't cleaned either. Housekeeping came to remove the towels once called.
The first room we check in was not clean. The carpet was not vacuumed and bathroom floor was dirty. The second room smell like cigarette smoke and the bathroom floor had dirt all underneath the bathroom sink. The room is a non/smoking room. Our visit was for a family emergency so it was a last minute booking. We were placed in a room facing the street so you will not get much sleep because you will hear every vehicle that drive by. The staff was friendly and very professional. David at the front desk was really sweet and very professional.
