Staff were amazing. Everyone from front desk to meal/kitchen staff to bartender were just so friendly, fun, and helpful. My daughter and I had a great stay. Room was very clean, beds super comfortable, great choices in the pantry/market, food was good (my only request is some bacon in addition to sausage...LOL).

We were charged for a 2 room,room one room with couch one room with bed , however we were given the cheaper room, but charged for the upgrade . YOU RIPPED ME OFF and hotel would not adjust the charge. Told me they didn’t make the mistake to contact hotel.com. Hotel.com claims the hotel just gave me the wrong room . Either way I was charged for an upgraded room and got the cheaper one! And they refused to refund difference!
