I was floored by the fee for having my dog in the room with us one night. I had spoken with a Towneplace Suites in a different town and they told me the fee would only be $25.

Front desk reception was exceptional. Very friendly and personable. We requested a "quiet" room after spending 5 days at the National FFA Convention, we needed rest. We had a restful night. We would stay here again if we ever travel westward in the future.

After getting in late from a concert (after midnight) I was looking forward to sleeping in. The fire alarm in the room went off in the morning and the front desk was notified. After listening to it blare in my ears for over 30 minutes I just packed up and left.

All around the #1 most excellent hotel experience ive ever encountered in my lifetime, from the concierge,amenities, location,view from room,pool, on site, self service laundry / they also offer laundry services as in dry cleaning etc. & exercise facilities,breakfast & every single staff member:) & just the room itself....great ,great job!!! to each & every single one of you!!! Don't book this hotel on Hotels.com!

My flight was canceled and I contacted Hotels.com to let the hotel know I would be a late check-in. I agreed to pay for the Friday stay so my room would be there on Saturday. When I went to check-in the room was given away and there was no note for late check-in. I ended up at a different hotel. I did call and verify with Townplace Suites the room would be there for me on Saturday.

Ok stay

The room I had reserved and had been confirmed was not available. My reservation was for 2 queen beds. We got 1 king and a foldout couch. The couch was very uncomfortable. Our view was of a construction site with mounds of dirt and debrie, pallets of bricks and concrete blocks.

They got everything right

This TownSuites sets the bar for 10-star performance. Every aspect was just right, from the super-friendly, efficient, and informative front desk experience with Dev, to the convenience and completeness of our suite (love the full kitchen amenities), to the inviting common areas, to the great breakfast (real eggs and both crispy and non-crispy bacon, thank you), and big cheers for coffee so good there was no need for a Starbucks run (factor that into the trip savings). They truly got everything right.
