Staff was great breakfast was delicious I only did have 1 big issue I stayed in the second floor the guy in the 3rd floor sucked he was loud stomping around all night called the front desk but nothing happened couldn’t relax couldn’t sleep

Early check-in (Hotels.com staff called ahead…hotel ok’d ck in at 1:00). Not able to check in. Front desk had attitude and we were asked to wait at least a half hour. Wedding was at 2:00, 20 mins away. Breakfast was not “build your own” waffles or omelet. Chose BW because we always utilize our One-Key member card. Disappointing

I'm very careful about choosing hotels. I chose this one based on the reviews and I was very satisfied with the stay. I don't like the fact of the room deposit being was higher than the normal but I carried on and decided to stay. I will chose this hotel again if I had to stay in this town.
