The area is somewhat run down. That is not a big deal to me. However, the reservation site and the road sign advertise hot breakfast is included, but they only do breakfast on the weekend. The room was clean, but when I got ready to go to bed, I found out that the sheets were not clean. Since there was only one staff person on duty, I had to go down and get clean sheets and change them. We won't be going here again.

This property was awful. Shower head fell off. No towels. No toilet paper. Electric went out. It was hot. I was told I would get a full refund when we left a day early and now they are fighting us. Absolutely awful

The hotel is fine but a bit run down. We were surprised by the deposit that cost more than the room. We weren’t able to get extra pillows but the room wasn’t bad. The restaurant connected to it was great!

The out side of property made me want to run away it was not apealing at all inside had some water staines we had conjoined rooms then we get there at 730 pm to check in and one room was still dirty so we had rooms apart

This property should be torn down. It is a disgrace to the Wyndham name that this company represents this type of facility. The pictures on the website are from when the building was first built which must have been 40 years ago.

Elevators are old and need to be cleaned. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No continental breakfast, but they have a crowd in the bar at night...come on.

Place was very clean as advertised staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel because it was nearby an event we were attending at Stambaugh stadium. The staff was friendly, check in was fast, beds comfortable,A/C worked great, and room was clean!

We were very pleased with the accommodations which included two comfortable queen size beds, refrigerator to store our water and snacks, also the microwave oven which we did not use but appreciated having it in the event we did need it. The room also included a sofa with coffee table as well as a table to eat snacks. The extra sink outside the bathroom allowed two people to get ready to leave at the same time without having to wait for the other to finish. Very nice.

I had no complaints about the hotel except for the front desk service. Both checking in and checking out I had to wait longer than I should have. Especially when checking out, there was a line and no employee was to be found. I even called the hotel phone number and got connected to the manager and still that only took me to a voicemail. It is very irritating being 7 months pregnant, loaded up with luggage and having to wait forever to check out. When she finally did appear, she mosied out of the back with her coffee cup in hand like she didn't care that there were a bunch of people waiting and no one to help us.. Irritating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay in Youngstown, Ohio. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was easy to find. Plus, the staff was friendly and the room rate was very reasonable. We had a second room for my father, a senior citizen, who was equally delighted with his accommodations.
