Well, the check in person wasn't very friendly. She basically just gave us room key and said what room we were in.....No Hi, How are you, Nothing about the restaurant hours, Breakfast or even check out time. The lobby carpet was stained and dirty, the couch was also dirty and worn out. Our room .....Couch was well used, Bathroom had holes in wall where TP holder used to be, A non professional caulking job was I guess holding up wallpaper? And the reason we booked there was because it had restaurant and bar in site, When we went down for dinner......It wasn't open!

So the room was clean. 10/10. However the amenities in the room and ice machines are horrible. My fridge was unplugged and closed so it smelled badly of mold and mildew the entire stay. The toilet ran continuously the entire trip. We stayed on floor 4, we had no ice machine, neither did floor 3 and 5. Had to go the whole way to 6. It was just unplugged on our floor.

We were very disappointed the hot tub was cold and jets didn’t work properly. Also after driving 800 miles we looked for in-house restaurant and bar area. Was told after arriving that the cook and bartender didn’t show up. Pool was warmer than the hot tub but clean and relaxing. Beds were comfortable.

Quick overnight stay

Front desk was friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was not great. Room darkening curtain was broken. Luckily I wear a sleep mask. Non functional lights, patches on the wall in the bathroom, carpet was gross. The bed was pretty comfy though.

When I walked into the room there was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor, I stayed in room 214 and in the corner of the ceiling it looked like there was a leak from the room above and the ceiling looked like there was mold on it! The pool was dirty and there was a strong smell of chlorine. We also sat on the patio and the landscape was dirty!! Was not impressed by this hotel!

I don’t know how this hotel has so many 10/10 ratings, run down and in need of an update. Dusty furniture and carpet barely stapled to the wall. Decent area, front desk was nice. But this hotel needs a cleaning from top to bottom. Not worth $150 a night, not even close. Bathroom door didn’t even close. Stained furniture as well.
