Excellent breakfast with accommodating staff everywhere. Room was as desired with good tv options. The existence of just one elevator requires a little patience at times.

TV system was not connected or setup properly. System was not connected to power, remote does not turn off TV. DIRECTV box not setup properly. Other than these items the room and facility is excellent!

The man at the reception desk (sorry, I cant remember his name) was so very nice and accommodating. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations

Food in microwave

It's was horrible! We did not get the room we had booked, and we had to quickly switch where we were staying, so it's not like it was booked way in advance, it was minutes before. We were supposed to have a tub with jets, didn't get that. I went to heat something in the the microwave, and there was food left in there, yuck!!!!! Finally, when I pulled my sheets back, there was something almost like crayon on the underside. I am not happy I had to pay what i paid for that!
