The bed was very uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was absurdly low, even in the sink. There was also a large stain on the couch in the room, which we ended up needing to pull out into the sofa bed because the main bed was so uncomfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the main lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.

The hotel itself was very nice very clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM then again at 5:30 AM then again at 6:15 AM so we just checked out hoping to get some kind of compensation.

This was a MISERABLE stay.. I understand its a family hotel, but the people who stayed above us ran around all night. It was so loud and impossible to sleep. Nobody did anything about it.
