Bathroom shower was pathetic, it was so slow that at a time only one arm can get wet. Also the temperature of the water was so low that in such a cold place one needs steaming hot water. Decor also was bad and rooms didn’t even have microwave- disappointed

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was absurdly low, even in the sink. There was also a large stain on the couch in the room, which we ended up needing to pull out into the sofa bed because the main bed was so uncomfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the main lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
