We had to travel from MI to PA for a wedding we were lot looking forward to. After the wedding we decided to try to make some fun out of the trip. So we found an area magazine as Youngstown is about halfway. Our 8 year old saw an ad for this hotel and chose it because it was “award winning”. He made a great choice and I can see why it’s award winning! Clean, spacious, and close to many restaurants. Our stay was relaxing and fun. It was nice after a day of family stress haha. We will definitely stay here again if we have to go back to the east coast and need a halfway stop!

Family friendly, spacious rooms, 2 sinks in our room! As a family of four we really enjoyed all of it. I didn’t give a perfect score because the coffee machines were broken during breakfast. There wasn’t any apparent activity toward fixing them: As a mom of three that is my morning lifeline so it was a bummer. But there are single serve coffee machines in room. Not the same as the coffee brewed at the breakfast bar but an option as a back up.

We were impressed with the facilities, the breakfast, and the staff. Our room was comfortable, clean, and in great order! The immediate area is rather drab (suburban sprawl, parking lots and fast food) but there are several good restaurants walkable from the hotel. The desk staff were especially pleasant and present.
